We have a super fun 14-day return policy for all those non-personalised treasures! 🦄 This means you have a whole 14 days after your magical delivery to request a return, provided your item isn’t personalised. For those special items that have a personal touch, remember they’re non-refundable unless they arrive with a defect - think of them as uniquely yours!

To be eligible for a return, your delightful item must be in the same sparkling condition as when it arrived, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and nestled in its original packaging. Don't forget to include that lovely receipt or proof of purchase!

If your return gets a glittery thumbs-up, we'll whisk a return shipping label your way, alongside easy-peasy instructions on how to send your package back to the land of Marmoset Unicorn. Heads up - items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Let’s sprinkle a little magic on this process! ✨

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We want to sprinkle some magic on your experience and will evaluate the issue to make things right!

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Personalized and custom items are non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out! Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards—those special gifts are yours to keep.

Exchanges
Want to swap for something else? The quickest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the magical treasure you desire!

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your goodies are flying into the European Union, take note! You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason (no justification needed). Just ensure your item is in the same splendid condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the perfect return!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
